Step 1

Go to https://developers.google.com/places/place-id

Enter your company name in the white box above the map (see arrow on the right)

Select your company name from the list.

Copy the Place ID code

Add your PlaceID to this url (replace the XXX)

https://search.google.com/local/writereview?placeid=XXX

Test the URL in your browser, it should give you a screen to review like on the right.
